We are not affiliated with the Democratic Party, but in this de facto two party system, this is the party whose policies and candidates we support.
We launched with products for just presidential hopefuls. As candidates for down ballot races declare candidacy and as November 2020 approaches, we will be busy adding more apparel for candidates that you’ll want to support.
Our response it two-fold: Firstly, we offer unique designs and products that are typically not found on candidate online stores. Secondly, we understand your concern that buying our merchandise doesn’t directly support democratic candidates. To address this concern, once we surpass over $10,000 in profits, we will donate 10% of profits to a candidate or your choice. Once we meet our goal, we will create a survey where you can choose a candidate to receive these profits. That’s over $1,000 in support to a Democratic candidate! Unfortunately, there are many apparel stores that simply rip off merchandise from large retailers like Amazon and Redbubble and re-post those items as their own. We sell original items designed by our in-house staff of designers.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL because each order is custom made when received. We do not have a warehouse or keep inventory. We outsource the production of our merchandise to a high-quality, US based fulfillment company. Unfortunately, neither we, nor this fulfillment partner, is capable of a more lenient exchange policy. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons of size, color preference or change of heart.
If an order is damaged or lost in shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with a carrier.
However, we do cover defects, and will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via our contact form within 30 days. If the product ordered does not match the size or print ordered, or if the product arrived damaged, defective, or blemished, be sure to contact us. Please reach out to us as your first step to process a refund – do not send the product back to the return address. Be sure to include your name and contact information; your order number and order details; an explanation of the defect; and pictures of the defect. We’ll get back to you with instructions on processing your return.
Please read the above answer on our return policy. In short, you have a keepsake and memento of what was surely a hard-fought and honorable campaign, but just because your candidate dropped out or lost doesn’t mean that you can send your product back and demand a refund.
By all means drop us a line on our contact form. We are sure to respond to all inquiries regarding legitimate candidates (i.e., emails for Alfred E. Neuman-type candidates will be ignored – we're too busy for that nonsense!).
After your order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your purchase with a list of items in your order. Please check your spam folder if your email doesn't land in your inbox. After a few business days (longer during the holidays), you will receive a second email confirming shipment or your order. Finally, sit back, relax, and wait for your items to arrive!
Printing your products can take up to four business days. Shipping speed depends on whether you selected standard, priority, or express shipping at check out. Shipping and fulfillment can take up to 7-9 business days and longer during the holidays.
